LuAnn began working in the spa and skin care industry over 30 years ago. She is considered one of the leading experts in Aesthetics in The Woodlands and Houston areas. LuAnn performs services which include evaluating skin types and determining which skin treatment would best suit each client, medical aesthetics, Microdermabrasion, IPL Photo Rejuvenation using the Harmony XL PRO, and Clinical Facials. LuAnn possesses unique wisdom in collaborating with her clients as they progress on their well-being journeys. LuAnn is certified in Dermaplaning technique, SkinCeuticals, Pevonia, VI Peels, SkinPen Microneedling, Diamond Glow (diamond tip exfoliation infused with Skin Medica products), Hydra Facials, Vivace (fractional microneedling Radio Frequency) and more.

Anita has over 30 years’ experience in the Aesthetic industry. She is considered one of the leading experts in Skin Tightening and Body Contouring and specializes in using the Venus Legacy, SculpSure and Emsculpt. The results she is able to achieve are second to none which makes her one of the most sought after specialists in her field.

Megann received her esthetic training from Aveda Institute. She has been a licensed Aethetician since 2008, and a Permanent Makeup Artist since 2009, specializing in Soft Tap Method and Microblading since 2016. Megann’s esthetic skills range from Tattoo Removal, Laser Facials utilizing the Picosure and IPL’s, Skin Micro needling, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacials, Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion, customized facials, brow shaping and waxing, brow and lash tinting. Megann believes her clients come first and she strives to give them the most exceptional experience they have had, not to mention helping them feel beautiful.

Erin McLean, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a unique blend of clinical expertise in aesthetic and anti-aging medicine, along with a strong background in operational leadership. With over seven years of experience performing advanced aesthetic procedures—including neuromodulators and biostimulatory fillers—Erin is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized care plans. She has completed extensive training with leading experts in the aesthetic field, continually refining her skills to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. At Avante, Erin also leads the wellness program, specializing in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and innovative biohacking solutions that support long-term health and vitality.

Patricia has been in the Esthetics industry since 2005. Her greatest passion is helping her clients achieve their skin care goals. She has achieved the highest level of laser hair removal earning her the coveted designation as a LHRP (Laser Hair Removal Professional). In her spare time, Patricia loves researching the latest advances and techniques in healthy aging, while developing her own treatment protocols. You can count on her to help you achieve your BEST skin yet!

Laura Stevens is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Science in nursing and 29 years of experience. This experience has culminated in her career as an injector with a passion for aesthetics. Her clinical knowledge and understanding of anatomy allow her to create naturally beautiful results based on each client’s specific needs and desired goals. She shares her love of the art, with others wanting to develop their injection skills, as an instructor at Avante Laser Training Institute.

Laura is trained in a full array of injectable products, as well as PDO threads and PRP treatments. She is also knowledgeable regarding different types of laser treatments, skin resurfacing and tightening, micro needling, plasma pen, and multiple body contouring modalities. Laura also offers several services focused on rejuvenating intimate areas of the body, resulting in improved appearance, urinary control, and sexual health.

Payton graduated from Avante Laser Training Institute in 2021 and holds her LHRP (Laser Hair Removal Professional) license, the industry’s highest attainable level for laser hair removal. Additionally, she is certified in Skin Tightening, Body Contouring and Cellulite reduction. Two things Payton is passionate about is continuing her education and achieving the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Payton finds great joy in helping her clients feel more comfortable and beautiful in their own skin. To many of her clients the services she offers bring life-changing experiences that add so much confidence to their everyday life. Being a part of this cutting edge industry brings Payton pure joy and keeps her driven to continue to help her clients.

Sofia graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2018, earning her Esthetics License, and later received her Laser Hair Removal certification from Avante Laser Training Institute. She holds multiple advanced certifications in chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, IPL/photofacials, Venus Legacy skin tightening and body contouring, lash lifts, and more.

Sofia offers a wide range of services including waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion, Hydrafacials, DiamondGlow facials, clinical facials, tattoo removal, and customized skin treatments. She is also a certified acne specialist through Face Reality, using a holistic, results-driven approach to acne care.

Sofia is passionate about continuing education and staying current with the industry’s most advanced technologies and techniques. She is known for creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for her clients and genuinely loves building connections while helping them achieve their skincare goals.

Emily Michetti is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant who supports Nurse Practioner Erin in both aesthetic and functional medicine services. She assists with injectables and works closely with patients to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience while helping them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals. Emily is dedicated to providing attentive, personalized care to ever patient shes sees.

Angela is a Licensed Aesthetician as well as a Licensed Laser Hair Removal Professional. She received her aesthetic training from Aveda Institute in 2014. Angela’s aesthetic experience includes customized facials to fit her client’s personal needs, including Hydrafacials, Microdermabrasions, PCA, SkinCeuticals, and VI Chemical Peels, along with Dermaplaning. She is certified in Microneedling and Photofacials. She specializes in Lash Lifting (perming of the lashes) as well as lash and brow tinting. Angela is a certified instructor at Avante’s training institute to teach Lash Lifting. Angela has experience using GLO Minerals, Obagi, and SkinCeuticals, as well as many other medical grade skin care products. She believes in providing her clients with the best professional care and service, as well as a heart for helping them find their own unique beauty.
