So, a few days ago Amy at Avante injected Prime X exosomes into my scalp for the first time, and holy smokes. I can already see new sprouts of hair coming in my thin patches. Also, injecting exosomes into your Scalp is WAAAAYYY less painful than injecting PRP! The bubbles and the pain went away in about 30 minutes for me, whereas PRP takes days for the bubbles and pain to go away. Not only that, it was just a fun experience. She created the Dr. Neely Protocol, which is a revolutionary weight loss program that addresses the eight dimensions of health: Physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, social, financial, and environmental.

Dr. Neely is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, Texas Counseling Association, Spring Creek Counseling Association, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
Jill Campbell is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded as “The Outstanding Nurse Practitioner.” She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. In addition, Jill is board certified as an aesthetic nurse specialist. Jill is also a trainer/educator for Allergan Medical Institute. She understands the importance of sharing information and staying current in a rapidly changing field.

Laura Stevens is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Science in nursing and 29 years of experience. This experience has culminated in her career as an injector with a passion for aesthetics. Her clinical knowledge and understanding of anatomy allow her to create naturally beautiful results based on each client’s specific needs and desired goals. She shares her love of the art, with others wanting to develop their injection skills, as an instructor at Avante Laser Training Institute.
Laura is trained in a full array of injectable products, as well as PDO threads and PRP treatments. She is also knowledgeable regarding different types of laser treatments, skin resurfacing and tightening, micro needling, plasma pen, and multiple body contouring modalities. Laura also offers several services focused on rejuvenating intimate areas of the body, resulting in improved appearance, urinary control, and sexual health.
Sher has been in the health and beauty industry since 2004. She started her career in make-up for runway, film, and print. Later, she entered the world of medicine as a Certified Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants. Here at Avante, Sher has the ability to combine both her passions of medicine and artistry. She shares her many talents with Avante clients by assisting nurse practitioners with injectable procedures, patient care, drawing blood and preparing plasma for PRP/PRF procedures. As a medical assistant she also does IV therapy, vitamin injections. Her artistic talent lends itself to Microblading, Nano Brows, Brow Lamination, shaping and tinting, as well as custom spray tans.
